Ingredients (4 serving):
- 3 large potatoes
- oil
- 1 large onion
- 3 tblsp tomato paste
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 glass of turmeric
- salt to taste
- 1/3tsp red pepper (optional)
Boil the potatoes and put them aside, In another pot, add oil and cook the onions until slightly brown. Then add garlic, tomato paste and the blended tomatoes. Let it cook for 5 minutes, then add the turmeric and little water if needed. Add salt ann red pepper and leave it to cook while you're cutting the potatoes into small pieces or medium as you like it. Now put the potatoes in the pot and leave it for 5-10 minutes in low heat. And its now ready to be served by bread, chapati or mahambri.
