Provision of meals by employers and taxes

by Joyce
(Nairobi)

I'm wondering: what is the tax implication for employees in Kenya who earn more than ksh 352,792 per year and who are provided with meals by the employer?

What if they partly contribute for the meals?

Many thanks.

Personal Tax

Joyce,

I hate to be beaten by a question but this one has really got me hiding in the corner.

Without access to the facts and figures of employees tax and/or benefits in Kenya its really difficult for me to help you.

Perhaps one of the other many visitors to this website may be able to help.

Archie
