To be honest, I have no idea... When I Google those words, nothing shows up (except THIS site), and Google is a lot smarter than I am...

Are you sure you've spelled it right? Any alternative spellings possible? Also note the spaces!

In general, for English-Maa translations (Maa is the language of the Masai) I generally use this online dictionary:
