Here's my recipe for kachumbari with chipati.
The ingredients:
- Tomatos
- Onion
- Garlic
- Fresh coriander
First cut up the tomatos and onion really small. Crush your garlic (optional)and shred the coriander small.
Mix all together and add the juice of a squeezed lemon juice if you want.
Lovely served with warm chipatis, meat or toast!
I absolutly LOVE kachumbari!!
