Is Sunsafari Tours reputable?

I am planning a trip to Kenya with my adult daughter and I just wanted to know if Sunsafari Tours is a good way to go.

They have been very pleasant and helpful but I just want to be sure I am doing the right thing.

We just want to have a great experience and we are really outdoor women so we are not looking for the very luxurious way to go but something decent.

I just want to be sure I am doing the right thing, especially that I am doing it on-line.

Sorry for the late reply. I did a little research on Micato Tours and certainly they get top marks from very satisfied customers.
If you are happy being in a group tour as opposed to a private [smaller] tour then it will be fine.

They seem to be offering a premium service at premium rates. If you are happy paying more for quality service then Micato would be an option. Take a look at the link below for customers comments.

Archie, Thank you so much for all the information.
I think I will go ahead and use Sunsafari Tours because they were really nice and did give my a very nice itinerary. I am going to get together with my daughter and we are going to go over everything and then I will make my reservations and contact your fiance.
You are so great. I am really getting even more excited.

Ok I checked out SunSafaris and I am most impressed with their website and it looks good for you and daughter.

If it was me I would have no hesitation in booking with them and I hope you feel the same.

However, I just want to make sure you have a backup plan. I would like you to contact SunSafaris and get some Kenyan phone numbers for emergency purposes. Their website is just a little bit sparse on that and if you had something in your mobile then I am sure you would feel better.

I realise you can always contact the Embassy but when you need help right away that can be slow.
You will not have the joy of this website I am sure but let me give you a couple of numbers to call

OK she is in Nakuru in the Rift Valley but our contacts reach out across Kenya, and we have good friends in Nairobi who will be ready to help you at any time.
