Immigration Laws in the New Constitution

I am Kenyan and I intend to get married to a British national in a few months time. I would like to know what new immigration laws are applicable either if I want to go to the UK and reside with my husband or if he wants to come over to Kenya and live with me permanently. How long is the procedure? What are the requirements?
