How to arrange adoption by my German husband?

I'm getting married to a German citizen and I have a 5yrs old son that he wants to adopt. Does anyone know about the procedure or papers needed for this? Many thanks in advance.

 Get a lawyer

Please contact some Kenyan Lawyer to assist you in the processing of the necessary doumentatio in Kenya.And let him also contact German lawyers on the process there.It is important to go through that to avoid being messed up in the future.
