Air Kenya has flights to Lewa Downs and also Safari Link.

If you need a charter you can email them and ask for the cost.There are definetly private charters you can hire.

But try the mentioned airlines I would advice.

You may not need a charter flight
though I'm certain there are small operators who do offer charter flights.

I believe AirKenya makes the flights daily.
You can check the schedule from the home page
here.
