Thanks for your mail and we do appreciate your question. I have to say its a hard one and to be honest am not sure about the KRA rules regarding importation of cars with certain allowances.
I guess your best bet would be to have a look at the KRA import section on the web regarding vehicles and try to work out their ethos. Its not easy. Last I recall the age of the car is very important and at the last count it was nothing before 2002 could be imported.
If you look at some of the import sites then you will get an idea of the taxes involved.
