Buying a land in Kenya, the best place to buy at the moment is on Thika highway, whereby the road is under construction, and the land is going for quoter land is going for 1.3m and half acre land is going for 3.7m.

There has been property boom in Kenya and land prices are rising very fact.
In those places, 1/4 will cost around Sh1.5 million and above (Sh80=1USD) while a half an acre could set you Sh2.5 to Sh5 million depending on the closeness the the main Waiyaki Highway or a shopping centre.
