As already said, difficult to say and like all areas of IT globally the best paying job will change over time. My advice would be to get the best education and training you can (obviously!) - enough to get your first job in the sector. Avoid specialising too early, try a few different areas and see what you have a natural aptitude for and interest in. In the long run doing something you like and are good at within the IT sector is probably more important that what pays best as by definition if you have an aptitude and interest in it then you'll develop and be renumerated accordingly. That's hard to say... In general I think it will be the big companies in Kenya and/or the foreign companies who pay the best wages. Maybe anybody else reading this knows more?
