Hiya and yes there are at least 3 ATM's in arrivals at the airport.
Grab your bags, go thru the bored looking customs checkpoints and into the arrival hall. Turn right and you will find one ATM just before the exit door. There is also a sneaky one across on the other side beside the windows looking onto the carpark. I like this one because it feels safer away from the crowds.

There is an ATM as well as a station to convert any cash you have one you into Kenyan Shillings. Not sure of the hours of operation but I know there is both services there.
If you are looking to convert your money over while there...if you are staying in Kenya I would convert it outside of the airport. I have seen and gotten better rates outside of the airport. Hope that helps.
