There are some lounges for passengers where you can stay by paying a small fee. Luxury seats comfort enough to take a nap.
There are enough kiosk for a drink and bite and shops where you can do tax free shopping.
You can go outside as Arjen says, take a taxi and do some sight seeing or go to a hotel nearby for a better nap.
I think to spend 10 hours at the airport is quite long..

Resting at Jomo Kenyatta Airport by: Arjen (webmaster)
There's a sleep and shower facility at Nairobi airport that you may be able to book: details are here:
Or, if this doesn't work out, Nairobi airport is small, just a few halls with taxis waiting right outside, so it's easy and quick to get outside the airport and go to any hotel in the airport's vicinity.
